pls I wanna know the new procedure CA

  I m doing,  fina yr  B.COM n am interested in doing CA. One of my friend told me that ICA has adopted the new procedure n he explained me, but i wanted know its true or fake, n if its true let me know.  PLS help me in gettin the right way.
