First Read The Case carefully and scrutiny it , then recall applicable rules, provisions, sections etc..

Then Start with Heading " Analysis Of Case" in this write important characters of case

Then Write heading " Rules or Procedures or Provisions applicable " in this write related rules and applicable laws in this type of situation...

Then write heading " In this case" apply above provisions in this case

Then Decision or Conclusion ...oke
