Can i know what is the cut off date for deposit of tds on foreign remmittance
how do we get the tds rate for foriegn remmittance :)

Hi Pradeep
TDS deduction on Foreign remittance is governed by DTAA with the respective country to which the remittance is made. So, kindly check with the respective rates applicable under DTAA. But its a bit confusing to understand the concepts in Section 195.
