Whether One time transfer is allowed or not? Pls Help me regarding this, Yaar my office isn't good and i am not getting the Practical Knowledge From my articleship which Mr. Uttam Aggrawal wants From CA Student

Are u gonna apply for a job at Uttam abuwala and Asso. after u pass CA?

Mate, dont worry. But UPA is just using the "exposure" as a bahana to justify his decisions taken against students. He did this to appease members so that he or his chamchaa gets re-elected in the elections. Will have to wait till feb5; till he gets kicked out of office.

Just hope, people close to him and his stupid ideas don't get elected as CCm. then only; u will get transfer. right now, no transfer

Thanks Kaya.. Our Institute is the largest Autonomous body in the whole world.. All we CA's (and students too) should be proud abt this. And Mr. Rock on, Transfer is allowed once during ur articleship for genuine reasons.
