Can't get your question. Simple Procedure!!

1. Complete your articleship

2. Fill Form 108

3. Get it signed from your sir

4. Send it via post to ICAI

No need to attach any other document.

I m sorry if i misinterpreted your quest., plz rewrite your question if you were intending to ask something else.
