I would suggest the following. 

Majumdar and GK Kapoor- Taxmann Publications

PLease go through once the presentation in the book before buying. I have liked it a lot because it is very neatly presented, lot of concepts, case laws, circulars/notifications discussed at appropriate places. But this book contains only company law. For allied laws, there is no good book as such. I would suggest u to study bare act of all allied laws and supplement it with case laws, circulars/notifications and icai questions.
