whether equity shares already issued can be converted into redeemable preference shares? ans. with the help of decided case law

no there is no provision for conversion of equity share. you can buy-back equity share and then issue redeemable preference shares

There is no conversion of equity shares....so equity shares cannot be converted,, u can just buy back and redeemed the shares
