Pls Guide - Preponement of Final attempt to November 2010

Dear all,

I just cleared my PCC second group in May 2010. My final attempt was due in May 2011 but as per the recent notification I can appear for my final exams in November 2010. I have not registered myself for CA final with ICAI. So am I eligible to still apear in Nov 2010 attempt and if yes what is the last date for registering with ICAI?

Pls advice on urgent basis.
