i have completed my b.com, in 2007 with 70%& completed my cpt in 2008 december. i heard that icai has taken a new amendment that a student with UG can directly join for articleship without clearing ipcc.please suggest me can i join for articles or i have to wait stiil completion of ipcc.

you have to wait for central government approval, but concentrate on your ipcc.
Agree with Kamal sir...There is no such rule till date...
So don't confuse yourself and focus on completion of your next level of CA.

i think it 's better not to think about new scheme and clear Ipcc quickly....
there is no approval of CG, so be focus on your next exam. only.
