Pls tell me with 100% confirmation k service tax ka rate applicable for nov.2012 is 10% or 12.36%? Wat i think is k 12.36% toh FA-2012 mei aya tha, so how can it be applicable?
Also,since 32 services have been kept outside the scope for examination purpose, toh service tax mei aur bacha he kya,procedure and all that things are left only,just wanted to confirm if i have interpreted the announcement correctly or not
