Please solve my query

Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.

In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.

I'm afraid your application will be rejected as it not signed by the principal..

• Transfer/termination of articles is permitted without any restriction during the first year of articles.

• During rest of the Articleship Transfer/Termination of articleship of an articled assistant shall not be allowed except in following cases –

- His/her working parent(s) is/are transferred from the city/place where the articled assistant is receiving training to another city and a copy of transfer order/proof is submitted to the principal in proof thereof. On such termination the articled assistant concerned shall join articles training in and around the place of posting of his/her parent(s) and shall not re-register articles in the same city or within 50 Kms radius of the city where he/she has undergone articles prior to such termination.

The request, on any one or more of the aforesaid grounds, of an articled assistant on a plain paper alongwith the recommendation / consent of the Principal for transfer / termination of articleship accompanied by evidence / proof (self-attested by the articled assistant) to the satisfaction of the Institute is required to be made. Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted by the Institute.

Contact your regional branch just to check..

ICAI will not accept the application as it was not signed by ur Principal,

be sure on that...

Or wait for the rejection then anything can be done..

Try to convince your Principal this is the only way out....

My principal is ready to give NOC....but he will not mentioned reason of transfer in noc...can i send noc,rent agreement and application for approval....Is it sufficient...

As per ICAI norms, Reason for transfer needs to be disclosed...

i am mentioning reason in application but my principal giving a general NOC for Transfer....He is not ready to specify reason in NOC

My principal is given normal NOC for transfer...he is not ready to specify reason of transfer....i am attaching that NOC with my application....in application i mentioned my reason of transfer and i also attached rent agreement copy..

In that case ICAI may permit transfer..

today my principal refuse to give NOC .....now i don't have any way...i completed my 7 month articleship under current principal and before this i completed my 11 month articleship under another principal .....now i want to surrender my 7 month articleship......can i do it..?? and what are the impact on my NOV 2014 FINAL attempt....??if i can ....what is the process for this....??
