hi

is der ny notification issued in relation to rural agriculture land in respect of capital gain?

how to calculate 10 km limit of nagar palika?

since cities r xpanding day by day nd cover many small villages.whether tat small villages will b covered under city or consideres as rural area for agriculture purpose?

look into the tax papers of the land, and for more clear demarkation visit the municipality , they will clearly demark their boundaries and distance from the land.
