select pivot table range,and apply ctrl+c

then go where u want to paste,do pastespecial,short cut key,

pastespecial,rightclisk,s,s,v+enter

not working..

1)ctrl+c 

2)right click,s,s,v,and enter

it is what doing pastespecials

but in pivot table paste special also does not work

why it wont works for u,while it works for me,

You might have selected the entire pivot table... Follow the below steps and let us know if it works...

1. Exclude the Report filter or the column lable - depending upon the type of pivot table you have created.

2. Then select the balance table and copy...

3. Paste it in the requisite location.

Hey guys it is not possible to drag the rows in a pivot table. i want to make the changes in the current pivot table instead of paste.
