whether TDS need to be deducted on payment (US $ 26,000) made to foreigner (Hong Kong Co.) for manufacturing of Dies & Molds on behalf of Indian Co.
Condition :- Such Dies will never come back in India but goods manufactured with help of such DIES will brought & sold in India .
