Should the income of a minor non-resident child (which is otherwise attracts clubbing) be clubbed in the income of the parent with higher income?

Section22 applies to assessee engaged in business of letting house property. Should 44AB apply to them (as the same does not attract Sec 28).....Can 44AB apply without attracting 28?

Will an assessee fetch exemption u/s 54F if he has received a house property as gift from his employer before the due date of filing return for the assessment year 2009-10?
