i wanna do mba correspondent from ignou
so plz tell whether i can do that or not
and whether there will be any value addition in my career
i mean any value of that mba

In job market; general CAs get 4-5 lacs per annum whereas rankholders get 9-25 lacs per annum.
Merely "collecting" degrees will have no use until you have practical exposure thereof.
The time you want to spend on MBA should be invested in CA to target for rank.
Now-a-days; a Chartered Accountant qualification is enough.
Better you improve you communication skills and indepth knowledge about the field in which your training is going on.
It does not mean than MBA has no value. The degree may have value for those who are just graduates.
