  Hey after reading what u posted & the replies to ur post I can just say that the only solution without much harm is conversion of PCC to IPCC. 

But let me tell u this he is ur employer & he is the PRINCIPAL person & u need his signature as his consent towards ur articleship at his place. Complaining about him to any person or ICAI will not harm him for anything as there r many rules & regulation to be followed both by the articles & the principal, but not followed becoz of lack of knowledge of the articles.

And what is the guarantee that u won’t get the same kind of employer after conversion…….

Look I can understand ur mental status what u going thru right now……

Nobody gonna help u with ur problem its u who have to fight for the right….

Don’t take me wrong but what I personally feel is u shud better stay at ur principal and complete ur articleship.

U say there r other articles too aren’t they mentally disturbed…… r u doing the work at ur best then why is the question of harassment…. U must be giving him a chance to say the things….

U got 2 yrs left to complete ur articleship what I suggest is just try to focus on ur studies. Take everything POSITIVELY…. U will always get to learn something or the other from every situation of life. Think like ur principal might have a different way to teach his articles, he’s just there to teach u.

But still u feel not to work at his place then give a fight with his own weapon MENTAL HARRASSMENT…. The biggest advantage to u is u r a GIRL use ur GIRL POWER. He won’t gonna hurt u just harass u. U just have to get his signatures on the relevant forms with all the detailed calculations in ur favor…… Ask ur parents to help u in this but peacefully....

B Strong dont fall down..... U r perusing chartered accountancy..... U dared to do this course..... Just achieve ur TARGET & study hard....

While doing articleship, onething to kept in mind that without degree articleship is worthless. So as per above discussion you have to study properly, I know that it is very difficult to concentrate on study after these, however that's life. In expecting life we have to see unexpected too. and About your principal you can send letter to ICAI about not giving transfer though there is medical reason and wait for their reply.

Jashant, what you said is partly correct....

CA course requires that we learn even if principal does not teach us..... ....

But that said, many CAs dont have quarter the knowledge of PCC students and are just hanging around with their clout in central or regional councils......

And yes, like u said, complaining to ICAI about a member by a student will not even touch the member... only student will go thru unnecessary trauma.... 

If complaining, write to ROC, NACAS, IT Dept, Enforcement directorate, Police. Quite a few documents are public now. Let the 'zamindar' CAs discover their vulnerabilities...

Why dont you talk at the Institute..If u convert to IPCC all your articleship period will be lost..If the ICAI takes some action it will ensure that no such other article has to face such situation

My suggestion:

Converting to IPCC will only mean backing down and the principal shall continue with such activities with other articles if not you..so all you articles fight it out..the whole fraternity shall support you if the principal is at fault

Hi,

Institute is ver kind towards students, the only thing which they want was to aviod dummy article ships.

That is the reasons institute made article ship provisions very stringent and given powers to principal auditors.

Please report the issue to institute by writting a letter what was happend to you, defnitely you will be relived from ur auditor.

Or else if you feel not to follow my sugesstion, then simply convert to IPCC as said by other members.

I want to tall u that i hav also suffered the almost same thing in my article ship period I just want to advice you one thing that that if there i not much period left of ur article ship training than u continue the training under the same CA than take the tranfer in the case of extension of training which i have done one thing more you should do that u should hav a good unity amoung the other articles in the offic than  can b a big support for u to save u from thses kind of problems or another option is to call ur parents in ur offic and let them hav a talk with ur CA abt u whts the actually the matter is???
