you got refund amount from IT for A.Y 2018-19. no need to take any action on this intimation. you will get refund to your bank account.

NO NEED TO DO ANYTHING.
Just wait for refund of amount 19360 (as demanded) along with interest...... totalling 19940...

No.
15C is interest charged (difference not objectionable)
& 22 is interest payable to you, which is paid by department as per time period of refund paid.
