Try to reason with your boss for leave my friend. at the same time, let him know that you are not his slave or anything.

Try to save a group, or aim ultra high in a couple of papers.

Dont have ego that you have to write both groups just because others are writing.

    exams are very important. so concentrate on the same.  As rightly said by Mr.Pradeep aboe, steal time from night and study. Take ur books to office. Read while u r travelling. people may look at u in bus and laugh. dont bother. they are not gonna write CA. Its u, whos is gonna write CA. Even if u can read one line, its better, coz, SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING. So use ur travelling and walking times and study

Now reading to all ur replies i want to share with u all a very important thing

the main reply is that i should not go to office

i cant do that

reason is my father sold his business to one of the person that person didnt gave the whole money and till now the same case ids gng on

the person is client of my principle

that person has not carried out audit for last 5yrs

i am tensed that the whole business and property is nt trf to his name and its on my dads name

since no audit is carried out my dad may com in eyes of income tax

my principle says that give me audit of ur dads firm

he is gng to make adj according to requiremnt of his client

my dads auditor is another CA

My dad is wishing nt to give audit to my principle bcoz what the buyer has done in last 5 yrs would not come to my dads notice if audit is carried out by my principle and the same I wish bcoz i knw my principles attitude and work

He can make any fake balance sheets

he made 10 yrs balance sheet for a firm which even not existed.

Now my principle says me that u tak to ur dad for the same audit otherwise i have my name in income tax and i can take out case of ur dads firm.

I have listen from many of the persons that my principle can do anyything for money and work.

He has even given money to some people to beat others ones

even in front of my eyes he asked one of the clientto send sum people to him bcoz he want to tak out sum money from his one of the collegaues

now i m totally open to what my situation is...........

if i dont go to office he can do anything

i m only afraid to this.............

he can waste my articleships also and my dads businees would also get affect

as u r in articleship so i guess u r well aware of some subjects like income tax , accounts , auditing and to some extent law also right so in which subject u need topreapre and pls carry u r book with u so u can read now the time is short so need not refer detailed text books MIND IT THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE TO HARD WORK refer past question papers get notes of some classes as i think u have friends who had gone through subjects so try to learn complex subjects from them try to clear basic concepts as detailed anylsis is best bt time doesn't permit it ........refer latest amendments also bcz it matters alot ecent case laws also help u  after whole days study try to memeries as much as u can...OTHERS VIEWS R SOLICITED

i think u should strong ur determination.  waise exam toh 8 se shuru h so u have abt 20 days work hard

try to finish ur offfice wor by 5oct so that u get extra time
