Please help me clear taxation (ipcc)

Hi, Please help me with my query. Ive given 2 attempts of ipcc and ive scored very less marks (30s) in taxation. Im planning to study the institute study material and the practice manual thoroughly this time. Is that the right approach to clear ipcc taxation? For accounts and costing im studyin from the study material as well. Please advice me on this.
