I AM PE2 STUDENT(ON GRADUATION BASIS) AND GIVEN MY MAY2009 EXAM AND MY FRIENDS TOLD ME THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONVERT FROM PE2 TO PCC/IPCC

IS IT TRUE ?
