I have a doubt that when we maintain members' register, the ledger folio of the register are continued even it such member has transferred the shares to another person like presently there are 32 shareholders with serially numbered in register now suppose 4 members transferred the shares to another person, so that person will get the ledger folio of 33. I have a doubt that will it be same in the next year or will be renumbered after deleting the name of those 4 members?
The name of the members will not be deleted even if their shares has been transferred to someone else. The same L.F will continue and will not be renumbered. In the L.F of member whose shares has been transferred the column of Balance shares will be shown as "NIL"
