Application duly filled in Form ST 1, Address proof like electricity bill, telephone bill etc, Self attested xerox copy of PAN card, if premise for which registration is sought is rented, NOC from owner.

You need to pit-up some efforts to read the Appllication Form, in full, alongwith instruction and you will get the details if all documents required to be submitted.
