just read main chapters like amalgamation;partnership act; hire purchase for the 20 marks; learn all schedules by heart for Elec,Insu and Bank; learn managerial remu. calculation for Final accounts; investment a/c,fire claim;liq for short problems.
If you are not sure of getting 40 like me; then pay special attention to AS questions; practise from DS rawat. It comes of 20+ marks
