Regarding 'Forgetting' - it is difficult to remember entire syllabus we learned. but still, with coaching most of our doubts will be rectified and later on we can simply practice at home. finally, its ur decision that matters.

Regarding 'Self Study' - self study is comfortable when u have ample time and u have good grip on basics. but, u tend to get many doubts.. regarding books, whatever external author u follow, Practice manual, Study material for theory and compilations r must...

for FR, MP Vijaykumar is good; for standards, either MPV or Rawat.

SFM, JB Gupta DVDs and book is best.

audit, surbhi bansal.

C.Law - Munish Bhandari is good for self study

Costing - for theory part, i would suggest institute material. for practice, sanjay agarwal.

isca - since ur having lot of time... start with institute material.. it'll be boring in beginning... but to get through isca, u must go in hard way only.

dt - singhania / vinod gupta / manoharan

idt - NS govindan / bangar (if u like ques ans format)

It depends on where you live, how much time do each class in your city takes to complete their respective subject, an ideal time would be to start from oct/nov2014
