is this announcement applicable for me

As i think, u are eligible for nov-11 atempt ..........

because u alrady cleared PE-2 examination and for those student who have cleared pe-2 can give their examination before 12 month of completion of articleship.

The above mentioned announcement was for May 2011 term. Not sure about the November term, if that would still be allowed. You could have been eligible for that, as you can appear exams during the last 12 months of articleship in PE2 scheme, and that 12 months has to be after deducting excess leaves, if any. Better get a confirmed answer from e-sahayata, as suggested above.

well i went to the Institute today and department of article section told that I am eligible to give exams in nov-11. but they told me to get it confirmed by assistant secretary. and the assistant secretary told me that I cannot give the exam without the articleship registration. should i go by her words

no typo error....i gave PE-II in 2006. I registered myself for Final in Jan-11 as I was not in India. I came back India after 5 yrs.

You have to unless, ICAI provides relaxation like for May term in November term, as well. You better confim at e-sahayata, here:

They might not able to confirm this until the form filling process begins for Nov term..

the best way is to onfirm with institute,,,,,even u can call and ask,,,if gng there is nt possible...

I think u can't give final exams now as it can be given only in the last six months of articleship training and not before that...and u have 11 months of training left.
