Earlier G.K.Kapoor was very popular for Law both at P.E.-II and Final level. But, since last 2-3 years Munish Bhandari has become very famous.
My recommendation would be Munish Bhandari (Text Book Not Tabular Book) OR M.P.Vijaykumar. Both are very good and has good coverage of case studies. You yourself see both books and decide which suits you well.
