For tax you can refer bharat publications (girish ahuja) and if u want slightly high level then go for taxmann
for accounts go for shukla grewal. accounts paper also contains costing part, for that refer saxena vashisht ( bit high level) or s.n. maheshwari. You can also try your b.com book as level of cs executive paper wont be too high.
although as per rules you have to send cc papers but i have never heard that icsi didn't allowed to sit in exams due to non-submission of cc papers. I have many friends who haven't submitted cc papers but have comfortably appeared in exams.
So i dont think non-submission of cc papers will create any trouble for you. However after exams do try to send 2-3 cc papers just to cover any risk
