Hello, My query is regarding mode of incorporation of companies under Companies Act. Can you please tell me a procedure for the same.
Also,Is there any difference between Rule 36 Integrated Process for Incorporation and SPICe ?

Basically first part of my question is related to section 7 of compnanies act,2013. I'm asking in general. Since lots of amendments have been done. I'm bit confused which rule has replaced which?
