hey if u r talking abt IPCC then as far as i knw VK Singhania is the best one where u can find all particularities of DT and with all explanations and practical problems....................but sometimes it becomes too detailed that it seems like a sea and u cant get a bird's eye view of the subject............................but for thorough concept clarity it is the best.............

if u r a ipcc student then t n manoharan for direct tax is helpful of snow white publication.. here everythng is xplained in a very simple and understandable manner

For IPCC Exams either V.K. Singhania or Gupta Ahuja is best

in Gupta Ahuja language is lucid & Simple to understand

language of VK singhania is Very Simple and Fluently it is just like that some one is teaching us ,

and Language of Gupta, ahuja is Somewhat technical and Language of Gupta ahuja is Very helpful in exams

It is My observation about Both these of Books..............

T.N. Man oharan is very easy to understand as compared to Singhania.
Singhania is very technical
