what is the fate if someone did not clear CAPE-II . i have joined CAPE-II on the basis of B.Com . can i convert to PCC / shall we take up CPT .
please kindly reply

No need to write CPT again, directly you can convert to PCC

you dont have to worry about all this ,
just do simple thing----
Collect a form from CA institute about SWITCH over from CA PE-II to CA PCC.

if you have directly taken admission to PE II on the basis of your graduation marks then you have to appear in CPT in case u transfer from PE II to PCC...
