Is it compulsory for a Company claiming deduction u/s 80IB to furnish Audit report u/s 80IB along with return of income???
and what is the Form in which such report is prepared...is it form 10CCB or 10 CCBA or 10CCBB??...please help...

You are required to obtain Audit Report in Form No. 10CCB. It is not required to be filed along with the ROI as it is Annexure-less Form u/s.139C / 139D.(ITR 4/ITR5).
