Remarks
As per Circular NO.11/2013 dt.29.05.2013.An addifavit/declaration from subscribers/first directos,first at the time of incorporation and from directors, subsequently whenever company changes it objects, to the effect that company directors shall not accept deposits unless compliance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act.1956.RBI Act 1934 and SEBI Act 1992 and rules/directors/regulations made there under are duly complied and filed with the concerned authorities. We may ask applicant to file an affidavits from all promoter/director duly signed and notarized on stamp paper,totaling of shar,occupation of 3rd.prom,page numbering is missing, furnish latest utility bill/ address proof not more than 6 month,noc from the owner of the property should be requiredd Form should be resubmitted by 30/03/2014 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)
