file NIL return of whom?
if its of employer, then let him file,
if of yours, and no tax is deducted, then why u need the TAN number?

File Nil return of Individual (Employee).
While e-diling on-line its not accepting without employer details including TAN number
If there is any other way please let me know.

an employer may not have a tan number, its not mandatory, you can write the name and address of employer that would be enough

unless you have to claim the TDS deducted (if any), TAN is optional
