One of my friend using Munish Bhandari's Corporate law (old course) which was for May 2009 attempt he wants to know whether same book can be used for May 2010. I believe the only major change is in SEBI guidelines which have been replaced with ICDR.
Please advise.

Hello Adarsh,
This is to inform you that SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000 has been rescinded and replaced by SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 which have been notified on August 26, 2009.
I don’t have the same in simple format but Please find enclosed herewith new SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/CFD/DIL/ICDRR/1/2009/03/09 Dated September 3, 2009.

Also find attach a file containing difference between newly introduced SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and rescinded SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000.
The same is very important for the purpose of Examination and for understanding this new amendment.

I suggest you to read ICDR regulation it will help you a lot as the file is already attached by ankur.

Except SEBI (ICDR) regulation rest is same wat was applicable in Nov'09 exam i.e same reference book of Munish bhandari for Nov'09 can be used used for May 2010.

SEBI (ICDR) REGULATION 2009 is not applicable for May2010 attempt...
