Sirs,
In my company (manufacturing), we bought Plastic crates to keep the Raw material and Finished goods.
Shall we claim the Excise Duty & VAT amount charged in that Invoice.
If not , kindly explain the reason behind it.

Generally we can take the Benefit of the CENVAT Credit on the Plastic Crates used for the handling of raw material.VAT is state tax. please write me full detail about your case sothat I can provide to you solution. my email id is sachinagarwalcallb @ gmail.com
