Sir pls. Clarify my doubt
Our regd. Office situated in hyd. We are authorized service provider for home consumption ventilators in India for company situated in USA. We will service warranty machines (which are under warranty) as a free of cost to Indian customers. The amount will reimburse by head office situated in USA. We have to bill goods, services separately to USA address. Now my doubt is these transactions comes under interstate or intrastate supplies? supply of goods & services done at Hyderabad office to individual customers situated across India.
You are performing as an agent of the USA based Company, for which you are supposed to bill the USA based Company the charges for material and labour involved in giving bundled services to customers all over India.
This being so, you are covered under B2B and B2C catagory. Your billings to the end consumer situated in the state of Telangana will be with CGST and SGST. For services rendered outside Telangana you will charge IGST.
Your billing to USA based Company will be with IGST.
