If coaching service provided by
Institute in Delhi Centre to Haryana student (sponsor by Company regd under GST in Haryana) in case what is place of supply.
Bill raised in the name of company with GST No. & CGST SGST charged in Bill. is it correct ?

As it is provided to registered person place of supply will be Haryana.......consequently IGST will be charged.........

But service provided in Delhi & location of supplier is also in Delhi

Still it would in IGST as it is provided to registered person refer sec 12(5)

address of the recipient of service is haryana. so even though u have provided service from delhi to delhi, igst shall be charged
