I am registered in Delhi I have booked hotel in Delhi with 18 percent input cgst and sgst and sale it to my client with 18 percent IGST
is it correct or i have to charge cgst and sgst output of my invoice while at the time of invoice raised

if your client is out of delhi then u have to charge igst or otherwise cgst and sgst

but service aviled in Delhi according to place of supply in case of immovable property I have to charge cgst and sgst on invoice

i agreed with fariyadhai khan...for immovable property location of property only should be considered...
