Dear All,

An Indian Compnay processes/manufactures goods in USA. An USA professional provides Certification services/ Inspection Services to their establishment located in USA. 

What is Place of Supply in this case ? Will it be performance based service ?

if the Indian company located in USA , & services provided in USA then it's not under the purview GST. so the POS is irrelevant
