However as per section 12 of IGST place of supply shall be address on record of recipient. ( POS in case of Banking services).

I) Yes. Can provide loan. Housing loan provide to Individuals. Not to Firm*

ii) In the view of Bank side, Place of Supply to the Customer's place with Bank's premises...

If we provide Loan to any person and charge interest. where to show interest in GST return.

i cleared my que.. suppose i am a finance company nd head officr in delhi and one branch in jaipur only for marketing and promoyion of buisness... and i have a bank account in delhi sanctin & disbursed the loan amount from delhi to jaipur... wahile the clients to whom loan is disbursed in jaipur and all the documents are in jaipur... so in this case what is the place of supply..? &, wheather charge CGST SGST OR IGST on loan processing fees?
