If company has one gst reg in maharashtra which is head office and second in Gujarat and dealer supplies goods from Gujarat to Tamilnadu then which state is considered as place of supply maharashtra or gujarat?

Gujarat will be the place of Supply. Here registration from Maharashtra cannot be used for the branch in Gujarat.

and if head office of maharashtra registration type is Regular can dealer go for Composition for Gujarat

yes our HO is in maharshtra and another office in Gujarat and we got registered as Regular Reg type in maharashtra HO and we want to get gst reg for gujarat office then we can reg as composition there or no
No you cannot opt for Norma l Dealer Scheme for one office and Composite Scheme for another office as PAN Number is same.
