A Ltd of Mangalore owns an immovable property in Kasargod .The same is leased to one lessee Mr B whose office is situated in Mumbai .The lease agreement is signed in Mangalore . Pls answer , which is the place of supply and what tax tax A Ltd should charge Kindly post the answers

the place of supply would be place of immovable property and the tax rate would be 18% if the lease income exceeded 20lacs
