We are Maharashtra based company we are receiving marketing services in Chennai from a Chennai based marketing consultant ,he is levying sgst and cgst in consultancy invoice raised by him is it right?

if u provide ur company gst number then definitely igst needs to be charged or else cgst and sgst must be charged
