Mr Roopesh Kumar,
Certain matters are not expressly told in the law but are implied. Here a businessman wants to register himself as such,he should show his place of business. It can be a part of his residential building, having a seperate entry from outside. It should be possible to inspect a business premises by a govt official. If it is a residential accommodation a govt official needs a magisterial permission to enter it. Any books of a/c,documents ,stock and other evidences found in a business office can be taken as useful evidences, but not so , if it is also a living area. Similarly,a common area can not be accepted for two or more business activity,as it may also create many legal problems....MJK
