I am so much confused that shud i converted for IPCC from Pe-2 right now or shud have wait for some announcements from the ICAI..
If i wait then shud i start my prep. for Nov 2010 exams from right now.........from the pe-2 books or not????

I also wana to converted maself to IPCC........please let me know the following details please!
1) How much fees i have to pay?
2) Shud i go to Delhi institute?
3) Will i get all the study material on the spot from the Institute.
4) Documents/forms which i need to carry?
5) Any other formailites bcoz i need to go specially delhi from Panipat.
