We are a manufacuturers of branded garments. We had a photo shoot for our brand and paid Rs 60000/-. will it attract TDS and under what category of TDS it will be?

SEction 194J assuming the payment was made to a model/film artist.

Thanks sir. But the payment was made to the agency and not directly to the artist. So what will be the effect of TDS?
