Hi,
I am a Ca final student and while i created the login details i noticed that my photo and signature is not avaialble in the dashboard.
I have read the instructions given by ICAI but I am confused about it.
Kindly advice if I need to download blank application form and fill evrything manually and send it to icai or should I need to fill ,pay the fees and submit the form online and then send the print out of online submitted copy to ICAI.
I tried calling helpline numbers but no one is responding.
Please help me at the earliest
From this year physical application is totally closed for india. you have to apply form online mode only. you have a option to upload or update photo and signature and if after submitting form is photo and sign is not appeared in pdf form then only you have to send form to given address after affixing photo sign and attestation. you can find more details in FAQ.

. The PDF is required to be submitted/sent to examination department ONLY in case the candidates photograph and signature are not displayed on the screen while filling his exam application. Such applicants are required to take a print out of their exam form, affix their photograph and signature at the designated place and get the form attested by a Chartered Accountant or a Gazetted Officer or Head of an Educational Institution as applicable and submit the same at the designated office/s of ICAI.
Those candidates whose photograph and signatures are appearing in the pdf, while filling their exam application, need NOT submit a print out of their exam form at the office/s of ICAI.
