Pls help me understanding section 35 for scientic reserach deductions... m bit confused on it...need more understading :(

dear sabia,
lets start the discussion,
first of all an assessee will be allowed a deduction of 100 % of exepneses in regard to expenses relating to salary and material used for the purpose of sceintific reasearch in the year of incorporation and expenses of immediate three previous years
