Hi,
CCTV cameras installed in
1. Office
2. Factory
considered part of plant & machinery?
and rate will be 15%
whether add dep 32(1)(iia) will be available?

Not available since it's not used in production of goods.

As per (b) of second proviso to Section 32(1)(iia), if all other conditions are fulfilled, then additional depreciation on CCTV cameras at factory will be available but that at office will not be available.
This is because additional depreciation on plant & machinery at office premises is not available.
This is my humble opinion.
